By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant nortique a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights. nortique reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

We do not endorse any User-Generated Content and are not responsible for any content submitted by users. You are solely responsible for your User-Generated Content and the consequences of submitting it.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of nortique may require payment of fees. By using the paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for keeping your payment information up to date.

nortique reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect fees already incurred. If you fail to pay any fees when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services until payment is received.
